Kiki Bosch is a professional free diver who plunges into the world's most freezing waters on a single breath, without a wetsuit, challenging herself to endure ever more frigid temperatures with each dive. Kiki discovered the healing effect of cold-water immersion after experiencing the debilitating trauma of sexual assault. From diving the stunning and meditative waters of the iceberg covered fjords of Greenland to the frozen lakes of Finland, she has pushed her physical and psychological limits to overcome her scars and break boundaries that most people can barely imagine. She now travels across the world and inspires others to harness the power of the cold for their own healing.

Nays Baghai

Nays Baghai is an independent filmmaker and underwater cameraman based in Sydney, Australia. A graduate of Australia’s national film school AFTRS, Nays has won over 20 awards for his short films, and in 2020, made his directorial debut with the feature documentary Descent. He has also worked with numerous clients in both the corporate sector (Telstra, CBA, Deloitte, High Resolves) and diving industry (DeeperBlue, Molchanovs Freediving, Rodney Fox Shark Expeditions). Nays currently operates as the Creative Director of Running Cloud Productions, a production company with a focus on character- driven storytelling.
